Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Summertime means beautiful, outdoor living areas with spacious decks, private hot tubs, and of course spectacular nearby Yellowstone National Park! Convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting abound. The home offers three bedrooms, the master with a king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with two twin bunk sets, and loft with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master bedroom also offers a gas fireplace and a TV for comfortable nights in. The crew will also love to gather around the TV in the loft, which also has a private bathroom, or soaking in the luxurious private hot tub.

Situated on over 60 acres above some of Big Sky's beloved wilderness, The Big Sky Fire Lookout Cabins boast breathtaking views of Beehive Basin from atop the ridge with only a 10-minute drive from Big Sky Resort. These one of a kind cabins offer the adventurous spirit of a stay in a mountaintop fire lookout tower with all of the luxurious comforts Big Sky's most discerning guests have come to expect. The Beehive Basin View cabin is perched at the north end of the property with open views across its namesake-Beehive Basin. The upper level of this cabin is an open floor plan consisting of a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. A massive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace warms this space as you entertain and enjoy the panoramic views. Take in the sunrise while eating breakfast before a day of skiing or hiking and marvel at sunset views while the chef in the family prepares dinner to refuel after after a day of adventuring. Seat up to 6 at the dining table plus an additional 3 at the kitchen island. The upper level opens to a 360 degree wrap-around balcony complete with a gas grill. Please note that a four wheel drive vehicle with winter tires and winter driving experience is required for access during winter months. Skycrest boasts fabulous views and offers spacious condominiums with rock fireplaces, private indoor hot tubs, underground parking and the most dramatic views in Big Sky. Skycrest condominiums are less than a mile from the lifts across the main road and serviced by the free shuttle. Sophisticated and contemporary, the Swift Bear Lodge is a year-round getaway with spectacular mountain views of Lone Mountain. In winter, this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home is ski accessible with easy access to the White Otter lift. One of the bedrooms is located on the main level, with a king bed and private bath. There are three more bedrooms downstairs, two of which offer king beds and the last of which has a captain’s bunk bed. One of these bedrooms has a private bath, while the others share a hall bath. The fifth bedroom is located above the garage with two sets of twin bunk beds and a private bath. The game room is downstairs and has a pool table and TV/DVD player. The covered deck has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub; the two-car garage offers boot dryers and ski cubbies for your convenience.

With 4 bedrooms and a bonus room downstairs, this home is ideal for large groups. Two master bedrooms each have king beds and private baths. There is a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and private bath, and a downstairs bedroom with two twin beds. Additional bedding is available on the queen sleeper sofa in the loft, as well as two bunk twin beds in the bonus room. For indoors fun, make use of the game room downstairs, which is equipped with a pool table, a wet bar, and a TV/DVD entertainment system. The group will also love spending time on the decks outside, which provide incredible views of Yellow Mountain and a luxurious hot tub.
