This gorgeous private home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley. It has beautiful views, high quality finishes and designer furnishings, wonderful amenities, and is very spacious (approximately 6,000 square feet). Wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan. The main entry level is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room, and the private hot tub on a deck just outside the dining area. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom and laundry room. Up a half level takes you to the master bedroom suite, and then up a full flight of stairs are the second master suite and third bedroom. On the lower level are the fifth and sixth bedrooms, a family room and game room, and entry from the garage.

Located in Upper Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, Abode at Black Bear is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo, with full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and your own private hot tub on the deck. Black Bear Lodge is located across the street from the Silver Lake Village base area, a few hundred yards from the ski slopes. Silver Lake Village has several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Escape to this beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor Glenfiddich condo. The open floor plan has high ceilings and bright spaces; the perfect year-round destination. This true ski-in/ski-out lodge is located right in the heart of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, providing one of the most convenient locations in all of Park City. The lodge itself includes a common area game room, exercise facility and easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. Sterling Lodge offers direct ski-in/ski-out access from the fourth floor of the building. From the common area ski prep room, walk up a short flight of stairs and be directly on the Silver Link ski trail that will take you to a variety of lifts at Deer Valley resort. When you’re ready to head in for the day, simply ski back down Silver Link right to the back door of the lodge. The property has underground garage and is located 4 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 2.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street. The free bus stops about 50 yards away.
