There is no problem accessing the slopes, as the property is serviced by a complimentary shuttle to the slopes. In the summer hiking and biking trails are just outside the door, or you can relax on the porch in front of the lake and enjoy the views of the mountains. You feel right at home here, as this home boasts a spacious kitchen and living area, two master suites, a loft area and a private hot tub.

Abode on Stonebridge is a 2,300 square foot 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with a private outdoor hot tub on the deck, a steam shower, and wireless internet. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom is perfect for children, with two twins plus a kid-style bunk. There’s no need for a car as the complimentary town shuttle stops right outside the property.

The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with easy access to the free bus. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street are both a quick two minute bus ride away. This recently redecorated and upgraded condo is very spacious, approximately 1700 square feet, with log and wood trim throughout with an abundance of natural light. Boulder Creek is three levels: the master bedroom suite is upstairs, the kitchen, living room, dining area and the second bedroom are on the main level, and the third bedroom is downstairs. The private, outdoor hot tub is located on the deck nestled against the wooded hillside, accessed through the master bedroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, 42" flat-screen HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, a full size sofa sleeper and adjoins the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen contains brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring. There is also a gas BBQ grill on deck off dining room. The dining room has seating for six people with three barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings with a fan, flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom outside bedroom door with a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin daybed, flat-screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bed and an adjoining bathroom. Other amenities include a hot tub for winter use only, a brand new washer and dryer, an attached garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Located in the lower Deer Valley area, the spacious Stonebridge townhomes are just 1/4 mile to Deer Valley Resort or Park City’s historic Main Street and walking distance to the town shuttle. This true ski-in/ski-out lodge is located right in the heart of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, providing one of the most convenient locations in all of Park City. The lodge itself includes a common area game room, exercise facility and easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. Sterling Lodge offers direct ski-in/ski-out access from the fourth floor of the building. From the common area ski prep room, walk up a short flight of stairs and be directly on the Silver Link ski trail that will take you to a variety of lifts at Deer Valley resort. When you’re ready to head in for the day, simply ski back down Silver Link right to the back door of the lodge. The property has underground garage and is located 4 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 2.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street. The free bus stops about 50 yards away.

This gorgeous private home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley. It has beautiful views, high quality finishes and designer furnishings, wonderful amenities, and is very spacious (approximately 6,000 square feet). Wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan. The main entry level is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room, and the private hot tub on a deck just outside the dining area. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom and laundry room. Up a half level takes you to the master bedroom suite, and then up a full flight of stairs are the second master suite and third bedroom. On the lower level are the fifth and sixth bedrooms, a family room and game room, and entry from the garage.
