820 Park Avenue Condominium's prime location provides exceptional convenience and mountain access in addition to proximity to the vibrant Main Street community. 820 Park Avenue is located within yards of the Town Lift for lift access to Park City Mountain. Elevators provide entry to residences on the second floor, opening to semi-private foyers that eliminate the need for long hallways in the building. Guests will enjoy private underground parking, an extremely rare and valuable amenity in downtown Park City. And a ski prep lounge offers plenty of secure storage for equipment as well as a comfortable, warm place to put on jackets and boots. Crowning the building is an extensive rooftop deck with a hot tub and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the winter’s sunsets, listening to summer’s quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the town’s traditional Fourth of July fireworks show.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 3,200 square foot, tri-level home is all about the incredible location and fabulous finishes. In just a one-block walk you are putting on your skis at Park City Mountain Resort or dining and shopping on Historic Main Street. Buses stop on both sides of Park Ave to take you to Deer Valley, Park City or Canyons ski resorts. Abode off Main’s great room is the perfect gathering place for your family, featuring a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace and vaulted ceilings. There’s a state-of-the-art kitchen, an eight person hot tub, heated outdoor patio, a ski room to store all of your equipment and two car off-street parking. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 2 bunk-beds (one captains bunk and one twin over twin) and a kids’ living room.
