This is a newly remodeled centrally located in Ketchum. The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2 story Townhome with 3600 sqft. of living space will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

The Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance to the River Run Base area and Downtown Ketchum. Amenities include: Vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and a common area hot tub.

This 4 bd/5 bath private home located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood offers 4500 sqft of living space and will sleep 8 people max. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

Located at the base of Bald Mountain, The Hemingways is one the few ski-in ski-out properties available in Sun Valley. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. One you can relax around the gas fireplace and the other is the entertainment area with 55 inch flat screen TV and blue ray player. There is access to large deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill and small yard. The complex pool is right next door. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and 3 bar stools at counter top. Dinning area seats 6. Off the living area is one of the 2 master suites with King bed, 45 inch flat screen TV and access to the deck area. The bathroom has Dual sink vanity and sunken tub/shower combo. The second master suite has King bed, 36 inch flat screen TV. This room has an office space as well. The bathroom has dual sink vanity with sunken tub and separate walk in shower. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to full size bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only. Complex features: Access to complex summer pool, year round hot tub and ample parking. Unit is located in Building 6.
