This four-story condo in Ketchum will accommodate up to 12 guests and provides a perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends wishing to stay in one unit. The ground level has a guest room with a queen size bed and full private bath, and a very large storage area for guest use. On the second floor is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a guest room with two twin beds and a full bath. <br><br> The main level is open and inviting with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and an entertainment center. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a cheerful nook and a formal dining area that will seat 8 guests. The master suite is on this level as well and has a king size bed, television and full bath. Upstairs is a loft with 6 twin beds.

The Wood River Inn is located in the heart of Hailey, Idaho, 12 miles from the Sun Valley Ski area. Their spacious and well-appointed accommodations are designed with comfort in mind. The Wood River Inn offers numerous amenities including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, business center, fitness center, and a pet-friendly environment.

This charming 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome in Elkhorn is a lovely family-friendly home, with a large deck and mountain views. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath, and the third offers full-sized bunk beds for the kids. The living room has a stereo and TV and the dining area seats six. The home enjoys great sunlight, making for a bright and warm escape.

The Chilali Condominiums are located just 3 blocks from Ketchum’s Main Street, with great access to shopping and restaurants, making it the perfect condo any time of the year. This complex features underground parking, an elevator, a roof top common area with 2 spa hot tubs, a gas grill, exercise room and a recreational game room for guests and homeowners. Condos feature an open living, dining and kitchen area, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and air-conditioning.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.
