This open & spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath home is a perfect escape to enjoy both winter and summer activities. This one-level home will sleep up to 6 guests and is set on a spacious, private lot. The living area is light and bright, featuring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows. The large wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings with 36 in TV to enjoy. The slider leads to the patio area and large yard to enjoy during the summer months.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The free KART bus service stops just a few blocks away and provides service to all areas of the resort. Greyhawk and Challenger ski lifts are only 2 blocks away and the Warm Springs golf course and tennis courts are just a mile toward the town of Ketchum.

This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

Its spacious interiors and five suite-style bedrooms can accommodate ten friends or family members in modern comfort. Morning Star Road 715 opens to a beautiful patio with fantastic views. When there’s snow on the ground, entertain indoors in the inviting games room, which features a pool table, ping-pong table and wet bar. A fireplace is the perfect spot to curl up with a book, while Wi-Fi lets you stay in touch with friends at home. The villa’s bright, roomy interiors are warm and welcoming. A vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams stretches over the great room’s living and dining areas, with sofas around the stone fireplace at one end and a table that seats ten at the other. The fully-equipped kitchen is just off the great room and has state-of-the-art gourmet appliances and a built-in stone pizza oven.
