The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. The Ski View Townhomes feature three levels of living space, with private decks, a gas or wood-burning fireplace, and washer/dryer. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex. Ski View amenities include wireless internet, a private two-car garage, and a common area hot tub.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.
