Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. Its rustic, reclaimed barnwood exterior is juxtaposed with a contemporary, high-end interior. Large windows in the living room let in tons of natural light, and showcase incredible views of the ski area. A 200 square foot heated deck provides for year-round use with great views of the mountain. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace in the living area, in-floor radiant heating, and a laundry room.

Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds.
