Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

Alante Vista is a newly constructed condominium complex in the Winter Park Ranch neighborhood of Fraser. The units are six miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and have access to the free ski shuttle. All units are accessed from heated interior stairwells and have an open floor plan with nine-foot ceilings throughout. The slate-finished gas fireplace in the living room provides a great focal point. The upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate tile flooring. There are two bedrooms each with their own bath. Bonus amenities include washer/ dryer, an oversized one-car garage and small covered patio.

A beautiful pet friendly townhome is in Fraser offering a quieter rental but still close to all the year-round outdoor activities. This spacious and wonderful townhome at the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this 3-bedroom unit offers something for everyone and will sleep up to 8 persons with great views and an open floor plan. On the main level is an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals with exposed wood beams and wood ceiling throughout. In the gourmet kitchen there is plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the wood fireplace to enjoy the warmth and true mountain getaway. The large private deck is accessible from the main living area and provides a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and spot to share light snacks, morning coffee or evening drinks.
