Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

This wonderful, spacious 3-bedroom cabin offers 2 living rooms, private decks with spectacular mountain views and is the perfect location for a vacation in the Winter Park/Fraser area. The main level is the focal point of the cabin and is one story up from the entrance. Enjoy the views, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fan from the cozy living room. A gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets and breakfast bar area with seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area offers mountain views from the large windows and will comfortably seat up to 6. In the living room you enjoy the luxurious furnishings, gas fireplace with large flat screen TV and easy access to the private deck with wonderful mountain views and deck furniture to enjoy the Rocky Mountain sunsets.

The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

Conveniently located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Winter Park, these three-level townhomes offer well-appointed, fully equipped gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Other luxurious in-unit amenities include gas fireplace, a private balcony with mountain views, flat-screen TVs with DVD players, a washer/dryer and private outdoor hot tub. The living room offers a very cozy spot to relax on the comfortable sofa to enjoy the flat screen TV, gas fireplace and large south facing windows with wonderful mountain views and of the open greenbelt behind the home. Access to the private patio from the living area has BBQ grill and wonderful views to relax after enjoying a day of outdoor adventures. A small alcove for the dining area is close to the kitchen and has seating for up to 6; additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen has everything you need – granite countertops, custom wood cabinets and tile back splash, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring. Adjacent to the main kitchen, the entrance to the home has plenty of space to keep jackets, shoes and small outdoor gear. The full laundry room has full size washer and dryer.

Situated high on a mountain Meadow Ridge features beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums in Fraser Valley with a great view of Byers Peak. Located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort on free shuttle bus line and surrounded by 300 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails. Meadow Ridge is located in the town of Fraser- 6 miles from the ski resort on the free shuttle route. All units have a full kitchen, color cable tv, vcr. Some units have a private balcony or patio. The recreation center has tennis courts, game room, locker room and racquetball courts.

Alante Vista is a newly constructed condominium complex in the Winter Park Ranch neighborhood of Fraser. The units are six miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and have access to the free ski shuttle. All units are accessed from heated interior stairwells and have an open floor plan with nine-foot ceilings throughout. The slate-finished gas fireplace in the living room provides a great focal point. The upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate tile flooring. There are two bedrooms each with their own bath. Bonus amenities include washer/ dryer, an oversized one-car garage and small covered patio.
