With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

A true log cabin getaway in this three-level home! Located in Fraser, this wonderful family rental offers a feeling of seclusion and great amenities. Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is located approximately a mile away on the street. The main living area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams to complement the open floor plan. Plenty of space to relax on sofas surrounding the wood stove; adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6. The oversized full kitchen has updated appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. The one bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom in the main hallway.

After a day of outdoor adventure, come home to relax on the large, comfortable leather sectional sofa surrounded by the luxury of the great room with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV with sound bar. Set up a puzzle or board game on the lift-top coffee table from the wide selection of games, toys and books in this home. A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. A spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.
