DisappointingThis was our second visit staying at The Charter. We did not enjoy this condo as much as the first a few years ago. The accommodations were small for 6 people. The temperature in the condo was unbearable at times. Although we did not have the heat on, it was much too hot inside the condo to keep the windows closed. We had the windows open at all times, thus, not much sleeping at night due to our condo facing the main road. Also, the master bedroom, if you can call it that as it was rather small, reeked of marijuana. It seemed to be stashed in the locked closet. I had asked for a 3 bedroom condo. The one we had was not a three bedroom. It was a two bedroom that had an access door to a hotel room. I should have been made aware of that. So, overall I was disappointed in the accommodations.
Five bedroom condoWe loved the 5 bedroom, two story condo.Only negatives, the hot tub situation at the Charter is not acceptable for such a quality property.
NJ Guys weekThe Charter was very nice. We had a 3 bedroom condo that was nicely appointed. The Charter had a breakfast restaurant and a nice bistro for dinner. We had dinner one night at the Black Diamond bistro and the food and the service was excellent. We rented skis from the Charter ski shop on sight was was very convenient, made switching to powder skis the third day very easy. The hotel does have a ski in'out trail in the back that takes you to Elk Horn lift, which unfortunately is a very slow triple. The Charter is also a short 5 minute walk to Beaver Creek village.I would recommend the Charter.
Charter lodgingExcellent place to stay. Beautiful. Fabulous service in every area. Great bar and restaurant. The condo we stayed in was first class. Only slight issue was distance to ski lift. Not bad and the shuttles were timely. Would stay there again for sure.
Thanks for the wonderful service
I just spent a few days at the Charter in Beaver Creek. From the moment we arrived we were treated with outstanding customer service. Not only was our unit ready early, they made sure we got on the next shuttle out to take advantage of the wonderful afternoon sunshine on the hill.
Our 2-bedroom condo was beautifully kept and fully equipped with everything we could need.
The spa, pool and hot tub areas were a nice addition for any stay.
