Timberline Cottages are conveniently located on Shortcut Road, just a short walk from the Tramside base lifts and across the access road from the Pump House Indoor Waterpark.. The Timberline Cottages are available in 1 and 2 bedroom configurations with bedding options including queen and split king, which is a great option for families. All units are equipped with full kitchens and top-of-the line appliances, which create the perfect setup for the cook in your group to whip up some homemade meals for your entire clan. The units are beautifully appointed and outfitted with everything one might need for an easy, comfortable ski, golf or waterpark vacation. Guests of the Timberline enjoy unlimited shuttle service to all of the resort attractions.

Clubhouse Suites consists of three units, named after the counties in the region of Vermont – Franklin, Caledonia and Orleans. Suites are 1 and 2 bedroom units with beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding ranges. All units are complete with kitchenettes, flat-screen TVs in every room and tasteful mountain décor that provides the perfect setting for any mountain resort getaway. Each of the Clubhouse Suites are fully appointed, furnished and include images from local companies and artisans. The Franklin, Caledonia and Orleans Suites are named after the unique perspectives and breathtaking mountain vista views displayed from each room. The daily housekeeping service and helpful concierge staff are an added bonus to ensure guests make the most of their mountain resort vacation. Suites are available to rent year-round, individually for a unique night away or for a perfect family gathering, reunion, bridal party or small group meeting.

The Timberline Condominiums are located across four condo buildings and include suites ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 3 bathrooms. The larger, 3 bedroom units include two levels with a second living area on the lower level. All rooms provide a full kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the line appliances that make it easy to whip up delicious homemade meals for the whole gang. After a fantastic day of cruising the slopes of Jay Peak, vacationers can kick back and relax while watching the snow report or a favorite movie on the flat-screen TVs provided throughout the home. These beautifully decorated condominiums also provide a communal hot tub for guests to take advantage of after a full day of exploring this snow-blessed Vermont ski resort.

The Golf & Mountain Cottages sit on what locals refer to as the Shortcut Road, along the first hole of the Championship Golf Course. Stateside Hotel and Baselodge offers 85 fully appointed rooms with convenient ski in ski out access for skiers and riders. Stateside guests enjoy unlimited shuttle service to the Pump House, Ice Haus Arena and other resort attractions. All rooms are complete with a flat-screen TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and charming mountain décor. Onsite amenities include Howie’s Restaurant and Bar, The Bullwheel Bar, The Gear Shop, Rental and Demo Center, Jay Peak Adult Ski School, Fitness Center, Jay Peak Recreation Center, featuring a climbing wall and an independent movie theatre, and the Jay Peak Outdoor Amphitheater. These units range from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom condominiums and townhomes. Thanks to multiple common spaces, the larger units are perfect for multiple families vacationing together—everyone has ample room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Some of the larger units offer two kitchens for maximum convenience, allowing even more space for making home-made meals for the entire brood. All units are well appointed with Vermont furnishings, private outdoor decks and all-purpose equipment lockers.
