The Green Leaf Niseko Village

Boheme

This fantastic house tucked away in the lower village gives you peace and quiet while retaining easy access to the nightlife. And the view… drop dead gorgeous. It's as if you created a mountain and molded its edges so that it fits perfectly into your floor-to-ceiling window frame. Nothing about this house is low-rent, from the sofa to the stovetop. As the name suggests, if you live an unconventional lifestyle, seek like-minded people in your company, and appreciate the arts, then this is the place for you. Boheme is three levels of pure class. The lower level has its own ski and dry room along with a laundry. No more tracking your snowy gear all through the house. There is also a large bedroom and ensuite privately tucked away from the goings-on upstairs. The middle level features the master bedroom with associated ensuite which includes a bath. There are also two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Onwards up the staircase you reach the upper floor and it is all about enjoyment. The kitchen plays in perfect harmony with the dining room and the accompanying living room offers grand support.

Powder Tracks

Located in the Upper Village approx. 300 m to the Ace Family chair, this chic and comfortable building is surrounded by the best Hirafu has to offer in onsens, restaurants and bars. Powder Tracks was built in 2005. Each unit has triple-glazed panoramic windows allowing for maximum natural light and privacy. South facing units have impressive Mount Yotei views. Fully furnished, open plan kitchen and designer living spaces ensure the level of comfort and independence Hokkaido Tracks is renowned for. The large basement area offers fully equipped laundry facilities, secure ski storage, fully equipped ski tuning bench and drying room.
