1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this Park City ski vacation home is a luxury getaway for up to 12 guests. Loghaven features a private sauna and hot tub, exquisite mountain views and a wrap-around deck. Plus, this log cabin home is located just 500 vertical feet above Park City.
