This home is in a prime location on quaint Norfolk Avenue, which is a 3 minute walk to the Town ski run, a 5 minute walk to historic Main Street and a 7-8 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort. Four luxury townhomes comprise the Sunflower complex in Park City, UT. Situated on Park Avenue at the start of Old Town, these townhomes can be combined to fit any size family or group. A short walk will take you and your guests to Historic Main Street in downtown Park City and the Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Chair Lift. Four hundred feet and you will be at the PCMR Three Kings Chair Lift and the Park City Golf Course. You and your guests will enjoy all the modern amenities like hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A bus stop right in front of the homes allow access to the area’s attractions. However, with everything being in walking distance you may never use the bus.
