Sleeping arrangements include a king-bedded master bedroom, a second bedroom that can be made up either with 2 twins or a king bed, a third bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. When you are ready to explore Steamboat you can have the shuttle take you the mountain village, downtown or to the grocery store if needed during the winter. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. Additional master suites with private bath offer views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant mountain. A third gathering area of sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on each lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is home to the wine cellar and a covered deck with hot tub. Half bathrooms are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas.

This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.
