The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

With a modern western feel that is fully captured in the design of this stunning 4 bedroom, loft home, Blackstone Lodge will delight any traveler. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. There is a large ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest master downstairs also has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs you will find the bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds that sleep four and the fourth bedroom offers the option of either a king or two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. For extra guests, the loft has 2 day beds with trundles under them, making it a fun place to sleep 4 more.

The EagleRidge Lodge, located just two blocks of the base of the Steamboat ski area, is a perennial favorite of Steamboat vacationers. Onsite amenities include a nice outdoor heated pool area with hot tubs and a fire pit, fitness center and steam room. All condos except studio units have an in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace and private balcony.
