The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

Evergreens townhomes are located within two blocks of the Steamboat ski area. Each unit has a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, in unit washer/dryer, 1-car garage and private deck with amazing views. Take advantage of the complimentary on-call winter shuttles taking guests to skiing, shopping, dining and other area activities. Skyfall Ridge at Edgemont offers spectacular ski access to Steamboat’s mountain and a relaxing private setting for a family or couples ski trip. Skyfall Ridge invites you to do just that with a native Colorado sandstone fireplace providing the perfect setting as the alpenglow lights up the snowy views around you. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining at home a cinch. For meals together there is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.

Christie Peak Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out house located on the Stampede trail and underneath the Christie Peak Chair Lift. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, this home offers two living spaces, open kitchen, billiard room, private hot tub, large wrap around deck and can accommodate a group or families of up to 12 people. Whether relaxing in front of the fire as snowflakes drift lazily down or enjoying the views of the night skiing going by the house, your stay in this home will be memorable. Boasting gorgeous stained-glass windows throughout, unique décor and furnishings as well as hunting mounts. This vacation home is spacious and located mere steps to skiing.
