The 6,000 square feet is comprised of 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a main living area including a large Great Room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and more. The lower level includes a family room with another fireplace and big screen TV and a separate game room with a pool table and TV. The garage has also been converted into a second rec room that includes ping pong and foosball tables. Comfortably sleep 16 in this ideal Ski-in/Ski-out residence.

This 4,600 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment. Falconhead Grande Lodge offers unrivalled lodging for large groups, coupled with spectacular views over the Yampa Valley. This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. Enter from the top level with a heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. The main floors feature a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3 bedroom residence at Edgemont. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run, close to the Steamboat mountain village. Edgemont is one of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Getting on and off the slopes couldn’t be easier with ski lockers located next to the slopes. On request winter shuttle service makes for easy access to everything locally and avoids the need for renting a car.
