The sitting area on the top floor overlooks the great room and is a perfect spot for admiring the exposed timber beams and trusses as well as the gorgeous sunsets. Stay in the heart of Steamboat Village at Storm Peak Chalet. Newly constructed, this beautiful four bedroom home features magnificent mountain views and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

The intimate great room allows you to gather around the fire and relax while taking in stunning mountain views. The spacious and open floor plan connects the living spaces with the kitchen and dining areas to let everyone spread out but stay connected with the whole group. In the gourmet kitchen you’ll find everything you need to craft a delicious home-cooked meal. Granite counters offer ample workspace, all appliances are professional-grade and the large center island provides seating for four. The adjoining dining area seats ten for larger family meals. Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room with Smart TVs. The in-home Sonos audio system provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an iPhone or iPad throughout. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.
