The three-story, 1,360 square foot home has three levels of living space, a private hot tub, a wraparound deck, a gas grill and covered parking. All year round, Lake Dillon and the ski resorts of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Loveland, A-Basin and Vail are accessible via short drives.

Built in 2004, this beautifully decorated ground level condo is located just one block from Main Street at the west end of the quaint town of Frisco. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this condo has a cozy mountain feel and great views of the mountains from all sides. It was built in conformance with ADA accessibility requirements. Two large bedrooms (one king and one queen), with two full bathrooms, and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the living room will sleep up to 6 adults. Features include a large kitchen, gas fireplace, high speed internet, radiant floor hearing, and lots of closet space. Two reserved parking spaces are included. The ski shuttle and free bus transportation are within walking distance.
