The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The Georginia 109 home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Both the living room and family room feature large river rock fireplaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides great views. A two-car garage is attached and high-speed internet access is available. The deck, with a gas grill, and the hot tub, look over the creek and up at the mountains, affording a wonderful, relaxing view.

This one-bedroom plus loft one-bath condo is located in SW Ketchum near the bike path and will sleep 5 guests. Located on the second floor of the complex this condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings for great light. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats 4. The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a Queen bed and a single twin bed.

The White Cloud townhomes are located next to the beautiful Trail Creek & White Cloud golf course, across the street and just minutes from the Sun Valley resort and downtown Ketchum. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum.
