The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Located near the resort, Hord Retreat is the ultimate Telluride vacation home. The handsome great room features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large stone fireplace give the room an alluring air. Outside, Hord Retreat has a large heated patio and massive hot tub with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Featuring high end appliances, such as a large Wolf gas stove, granite countertops and mountain views, the gourmet kitchen is a culinary haven. The adjacent breakfast nook offers a cozy dining experience with leather couches, large arched windows and flat-screen TV. In the formal dining room, an antler chandelier is at the center of the long dining table. An opulent retreat on its own floor, the master suite at Hord Retreat features a dual-sided fireplace that warms both the bedroom and the separate den, home to a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The adjoining master bath is outstanding, and features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub with superb views. For your convenience, the master bath has its own washer and dryer. A great place for youngsters, the bunk room has four oversized bunk beds, flat-screen TV and private bath. The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on three levels, providing privacy for each of the bedrooms. The great room, dining and kitchen area have a gas fireplace, slate floors and an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with wooden trusses and views to the west, north and east providing great light throughout the day.
