There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. Backed by the beautiful San Sophia Ridgeline in Mountain Village, Petra Domus is a 3,300 square foot, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath stone home in an incredible mountain setting. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings, wood beam detail, a massive stone fireplace and plenty of cozy living space. Enjoy views of the San Sophias through the large south-facing picture windows. A lovely dining table with seating for up to eight sits adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. French doors off the great room lead to the large outdoor deck with another beautiful stone fireplace and sitting area.
