Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.

What makes 416 Benchmark so delightful are the unexpected surprises - ending a long day with alternating trips between the sauna and steam room, and the way that Wilson Peak is impeccably framed by the great room window. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, built-in dining nook, and adjacent family sitting area. The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.

Step out the door of your Pacific Street Townhome and enjoy everything Telluride has to offer in just a few moments’ walk. These well-appointed, contemporary residences are located three blocks from Telluride’s Main Street and two blocks from the gondola station. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.
