The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. For your convenience these units also feature full kitchens which makes eating out an option not a necessity.

Yellow Brick Road is a 5,000-square-foot Telluride ski vacation home with ski in, ski out access to Village Bypass, an easy green run. With incredible mountain views, location and comfort, Yellow Brick Road is a skier’s paradise. Fun amenities include large deck with eight-person hot tub, pingpong table, custom pool table and whole-house sound system. This charming and fully modern log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The great room features a 46-inch TV, lots of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings and massive stone wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, and the kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.

The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.

Step out the door of your Pacific Street Townhome and enjoy everything Telluride has to offer in just a few moments’ walk. These well-appointed, contemporary residences are located three blocks from Telluride’s Main Street and two blocks from the gondola station. It’s literally 15 feet from the Double Cabins Ski Run, enjoying some of the best ski-in/ski-out access in Telluride. This cozy 2,400 square foot mountain cabin is ideal for large families to share with friends or other families. It has huge picture windows with mountain views, large decks, a gas grill, gas fireplace, radiant in-floor heat and an open floor plan. The Mountain Lodge Resort has a year-round pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy.
