Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Located in a premier residential neighborhood of downtown Telluride, the Historic Thompson House can be traced back to 1898 and the early 20th century when the Thompson family settled here from Finland. The home was then kept in the family all the way through the 1970s. In 2023, new owners completed a to-the-studs remodel and redesign that you can now enjoy. The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Just a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants, it is also one block from one of the area's trendiest bars, a wine store, a popular restaurant, and the beautiful San Miguel River trail.

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.

Smuggler Cabin is located in the Mountain Lodge Resort in Telluride’s Mountain Village. It’s literally 15 feet from the Double Cabins Ski Run, enjoying some of the best ski-in/ski-out access in Telluride. This cozy 2,400 square foot mountain cabin is ideal for large families to share with friends or other families. It has huge picture windows with mountain views, large decks, a gas grill, gas fireplace, radiant in-floor heat and an open floor plan. The Mountain Lodge Resort has a year-round pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy.
