Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3 bedroom residence at Edgemont. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run, close to the Steamboat mountain village. Edgemont is one of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Getting on and off the slopes couldn’t be easier with ski lockers located next to the slopes. On request winter shuttle service makes for easy access to everything locally and avoids the need for renting a car.

Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.

The Crosstimbers Townhomes are ideally located just two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. Stroll to shops and restaurants in Gondola Square and Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the ski resort. Sun Ridge was built to give its occupants a rugged mountain cabin feel without sacrificing elegance and luxury. Among the many treats is a surround sound system that will allow music to follow you wherever you go. Just off the great room is a professional kitchen complete with a Wolf gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator. Two long, parallel islands allow plentiful room for seating or prepping for the evening meal. The dining table seats 10 with four more places at the bar. This home has five bedrooms and oodles of space for kids and adults to relax in their own space or gather together. The wet bar allows for pre and post dinner entertaining and of course no home of this caliber would be complete without its own hot tub and view of the Steamboat ski area. Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

This 4,600 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment.
