The Ski View Townhomes feature three levels of living space, with private decks, a gas or wood-burning fireplace, and washer/dryer. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex. Ski View amenities include wireless internet, a private two-car garage, and a common area hot tub.

The Wood River Inn is located in the heart of Hailey, Idaho, 12 miles from the Sun Valley Ski area. Their spacious and well-appointed accommodations are designed with comfort in mind. This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These units sit in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.
