Fantastic and convenient
2 minute walk from downtown. We stayed in the 2 bedroom rooftop suite and it was super comfortable for a family of 4 adults. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were large. Ski lockers in the garage were a bonus! The rooftop pools and sauna are amazing. Service was spectacular all around. We had humidifiers delivered to the room and it made a huge difference in the winter. Only wishes would be night lights in the bathrooms (super dark at night and you can only turn on ALL the blinding lights or none and larger more comfortable bathrobes (the ones they give you are small for a large guy and flimsey for walking to the hot pools in the cold. Otherwise excellent!

Excellent lodging at a reasonable price
The property was very nice and new, the room was roomy and comfortable. The hot tubs were excellent, and the staff were so nice and helpful, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it was centrally located in the town and was a close walk to anything!!

Soak in downown Banff and in rooftop hot pools
On my recent visit to Banff I had the opportunity to stay at the brand new Moose Hotel and Suites. This cozy, clean and modern property offers an excellent location just steps from everything in downtown Banff. When you enter the hotel you immediately feel welcomed into it's large living space complete with vaulted ceilings, a cozy sitting area by the fire, and attached open concept restaurant/bar, Pacini. The rooms are nicely appointed, feature locally sourced bath products and locally crafted artwork...including a charming moose painting in every room. Another huge perk of this new downtown Banff hotel are their unique rooftop hot pools and on property spa. I would stay at the Moose Hotel again in a heartbeat.

You can't be more centrally located
I recently spent two nights at the Moose. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere as soon as you come in the front door. There is a very friendly bar adjacent to the front desk. Rooms are modern and spacious. The Moose is located on Banff Avenue and is within an easy walk of dozens of shops, restaurants etc. The resort shuttle buses stop almost right out front so you can get to your Norquay, Lake Louise or Sunshine transportation with a bare minimum of effort. I would highly recommend the Moose for those who want comfort and easy access to everything.
