These homes and townhomes sleep between 3 to 8 people. These properties are located on Park Avenue. These cozy homes are located steps from the free citywide shuttle route, giving guests access to resort base areas and the greater Park City area. Walk to the Park City Mountain base area, City Park, Historic Main Street, and the Rail Trail from this excellent location. Enjoy features like off street parking, common area hot tubs, and serene landscaping.

Motherlode

Ideally located in the heart of Historic Old Town Park City, the Motherlode condos are perfect for the traveler who wants the downtown experience of Park City, with convenient access to skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. Only a block from the free city-wide shuttle, it's easy to venture to Deer Valley® Resort, Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, or other Park City area destinations from this location. The Motherlode condos are located on Park Avenue, one block from Main Street and two blocks from the Town Lift plaza. These cozy condos feature a full kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. They also have access to a ski locker, shared laundry room and underground parking for one vehicle. Please note that these units do not have air conditioning.

Games and books are provided along with a 32-inch flat-screen TV with Blue-ray player in the living room area. Guests will enjoy the downstairs den area with an inviting oversized sofabed and 55-inch flat-screen TV with Blue-ray player. The secluded outdoor deck provides a serene experience for guests to indulge in the hot tub or grill.

1120 Empire Avenue

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

Empire Last Chair

This conveniently placed, spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath duplex is a great option for families and large groups. There’s no fretting over how to get the whole gang and they’re gear to the mountain in the morning as Empire Last Chair is located within walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort Lifts. An ideal choice for families or large groups, the unit sleeps up to 11 people comfortably and boasts a full kitchen, dining for eight, a wood fireplace and a private washer/dryer. After a full day exploring Park City Mountain Resort's slopes or perusing downtown Park City your gang will relish the opportunity to soak tired muscles in the shared, common hot tub.

Payday

The Payday Condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the Silver Star chairlift and a half mile from the base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, which is accessible via the Park City free city shuttle system. Some units have private hot tubs and wireless internet access.

Black Rock Ridge Townhomes

A short five minute drive brings you into the town of Park City and its historic Main Street from these spacious townhomes. Also within just minutes, you can find yourself on the ski slopes of Park City or Deer Valley, or in the summertime, you can easily access nearby championship golf courses, boating or fishing on reservoirs or rivers.
