Park Haus, is a spacious luxury condo in a coveted Historic Main Street location. The guest master also has a king bed and en suite bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath. The fourth guest room is a modish bunk room with a trundle and bath shared with the cinema room. Silvertown Condominiums are located three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort ski lifts and ski school. You are just a short walk to the free town shuttle bus which provides transportation to the downtown Park City area as well as the other two resorts in Park City: Deer Valley and The Canyons. The Silvertown complex offers a year-round hot tub and guest laundry facilities.

At the Miners Club, you will step out the door and hop on the Frostwood Gondola providing you access to Park City's 7300 acres of ski terrain! Property amenities include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub, complimentary underground parking (one vehicle per unit), health and fitness center, theater (reserve for your family/groups private use), ski lockers, game room, relaxing gas firepit, gas grills -- and a two-story Great Room to relax in featuring hand-crafted custom furniture and a large roaring fireplace.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Four luxury townhomes comprise the Sunflower complex in Park City, UT. Situated on Park Avenue at the start of Old Town, these townhomes can be combined to fit any size family or group. A short walk will take you and your guests to Historic Main Street in downtown Park City and the Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Chair Lift. Four hundred feet and you will be at the PCMR Three Kings Chair Lift and the Park City Golf Course. A bus stop right in front of the homes allow access to the area’s attractions. However, with everything being in walking distance you may never use the bus.

A short five minute drive brings you into the town of Park City and its historic Main Street from these spacious townhomes.
