The Ponderosa Lodge sits just under the Steamboat Gondola, high above the valley floor and takes its name from the grand Ponderosa Pine tree in the front yard. On three levels with over 6,000 square feet, this beautiful log home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and incredible views of the entire valley. The master suite is on this level with a king bed and its own gas fireplace. There is also a half bath and an office with a pull-out queen bed on the main level. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds and another twin bed. These two bedrooms share a bath. The lower level features another living area with its own gas fireplace, large TV, bar with refrigerator, and a closet full of games. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this level. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own gas fireplace. Off of this bedroom is a small windowless room with a crib and changing table. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third features a bunk bed (twin over full) and a separate twin bed. Every window has majestic views and the extensive south-facing decks feature plenty of deck furniture and a private hot tub (hot tub is available during summer months only).

Nestled high alongside beautiful Mt. Werner, the Scandinavian Lodge Condominiums offer easy access (100 yard walk) to the Steamboat Ski Area at a point several hundred feet above the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. A quick, complimentary, winter-only shuttle whisks you from Scandinavian Lodge directly to the Thunderhead chairlift, which transports you straight to the same mid-mountain location accessed by the gondola. Scandinavian Lodge guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, perfect for hard-earned relaxation after a day on the slopes. Additional complimentary wintertime shuttle service is available to the grocery store or downtown Steamboat Springs, for dining, entertainment and shopping options. Please note that the Scandinavian Lodge complex has a comprehensive no-smoking policy that includes decks, patios, parking lot, common area around the pool, etc. Smokers can partake in their vehicles with windows closed only.

With large windows, an open floor plan and high ceilings, Wildhorse Chalet is a comfortable retreat for one or two families after a day's adventures on the mountain. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes. In addition, you can take advantage of all the amenities next door at Trailhead Lodge. These include a fitness room, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, game room, gondola to the base, seasonal shuttle and more.

The home also accommodates small groups in separate breakout areas. On the ground level there’s “the lair,” which also serves as the home office and is adjacent to the second living area. There is also an attached, covered walkway leading to a second building, the “guest house”, with an additional living area and kitchen. The “sunset room” is an outdoor, fully-enclosed gazebo furnished with comfortable leather chairs that allows you to soak in a panoramic view of the valley and mountains. The massive deck overlooking the valley is perfect for cocktails and hors d’oeuvre as is the wet bar upstairs that also includes a pool tableRelax together at the end of a productive day.

This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

Storm Meadows at Christie Base is located directly off the Right-O-Way ski trail at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property and can ski directly back to their building. This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south valley. These large studio, one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums are located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres ski activities, shops, restaurants and nightlife just a short walk away. Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.

Stay in the heart of Steamboat Village at Storm Peak Chalet. Newly constructed, this beautiful four bedroom home features magnificent mountain views and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.
