The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.

The EagleRidge Lodge, located just two blocks of the base of the Steamboat ski area, is a perennial favorite of Steamboat vacationers. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.
