This newly remodeled home is ideally located on the prestigious Ski Trail Lane just minutes from the resort base area. There is a heated walkway to an advanced ski run in winter and to the mountain hiking trails in summer.

Newly constructed and located just a short walk from the heart of Steamboat Village, Sunshine Peak Chalet offers a premiere location with all the comforts and privacy of home. The intimate great room allows you to gather around the fire and relax while taking in stunning mountain views. The spacious and open floor plan connects the living spaces with the kitchen and dining areas to let everyone spread out but stay connected with the whole group. In the gourmet kitchen you’ll find everything you need to craft a delicious home-cooked meal. Granite counters offer ample workspace, all appliances are professional-grade and the large center island provides seating for four. The adjoining dining area seats ten for larger family meals. Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room with Smart TVs. The in-home Sonos audio system provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an iPhone or iPad throughout. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. There are flat screen TV’s in many of the rooms along with multiple DVD and CD players, and a large 50” flat screen TV in the lower level living room. Our largest unit has vaulted ceilings in the main floor living area. Every townhome also features a pool table, a foosball table, or both, as well as complimentary wireless internet access.

Evergreens townhomes are located within two blocks of the Steamboat ski area. Each unit has a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, in unit washer/dryer, 1-car garage and private deck with amazing views. These lodge-style townhomes overlook Burgess Creek and are within walking distance of the Steamboat ski area base. Waterstone is a year-round mountain retreat in a mountain village setting. These furnished townhomes offer multi-level floor plans and plenty of space to relax. Waterstone townhomes include a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, private deck/patio, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, private one-car garage parking and ski lockers. The complex offers a community outdoor pool and hot tub, and provides complimentary on-call guest shuttle service during ski season.

Conveniently located just minutes from both the ski area and historic downtown, Uptown House is a new-build, three-level townhome that melds mountain touches with modern design. It’s the perfect home base for a family or group getaway. The main living space is where natural light pours into the open kitchen, great room and dining area. The galley kitchen has a large island with plenty of prep space and bar seating. A towering, sleek gas fireplace is the focal point of the great room. And the space expands to the outside with a spacious deck featuring a firepit and plenty of outdoor seating.

The Crosstimbers Townhomes are ideally located just two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. Stroll to shops and restaurants in Gondola Square and Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the ski resort. These sunny multi-level townhomes have spacious living and dining areas, and views of the southern Steamboat valley and Flattops mountain range through large windows and private balconies. At the end of the day, relax in the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. In-unit amenities include private balconies, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and two-car garage.

Ironwood Townhomes are nestled next to the base of the gondola, giving skiers excellent access to the slopes. Plus, they are a short walk from shopping, dining and entertainment. Falconhead Lodge - North is perched above the Yampa Valley with spectacular views overlooking the Steamboat ski area. It is ideal for multi-generational family gatherings, featuring two kitchens, two living rooms and a sports bar, complete with pool table and flat screen TV. The home is equipped with an elevator, however the spectacular mountain views are best enjoyed via the stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends alongside a four story window. The main floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area, which has seating for 12. Downstairs on the mid-level there is an additional kitchen, dining, and living area. Five bedrooms, spread over three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level has a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant Mountain. There is a third master suite and a queen suite, each featuring a private en suite bath. A sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on the lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is home to a covered deck with hot tub. Half baths are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas.
