Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.

The View Cottage is a spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage, perfect for your group to gather, relax and enjoy the mountains. It has one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. You can soak in the outdoor Jacuzzi tub before curling up in front of the fireplace, and there is a full kitchen and dining room and a convenient washer and dryer.

Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

Located near the Sun Valley Lodge, the Guest Cottage is like your own home on the mountain. This two-floor cottage has four spacious bedrooms. The first floor hosts the living room with gas fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen, a master suite with a king-size bed and another bedroom with a king-size bed. Two rooms with two twin beds each and a shared bath are on the second floor. There's a beautiful porch that's great for enjoying breakfast before you head out for the day.

Originally built to Averell Harriman’s specifications, the Harriman Cottage was reconstructed in 2004 on the edge of Sun Valley Lake. The private residence sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk away from Sun Valley Village, Lodge and Inn, and with stunning views across the lake to Bald Mountain. Exquisitely furnished, this 3,025 square foot luxury house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on the main floor, designed around a large, sunny, central dining and living room. There are two en suite master bedrooms, one with fireplace and small adjoining bedroom/study. Each of the three guest rooms, has two twin beds and a separate bath.
